Food For The Poor is pleased to announce its first Multinational Virtual Race For Hunger on June 1-30.

Participants in the United States, Canada and Jamaica will raise funds to provide 1 million lifesaving meals to children and families impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in the Caribbean and Latin America. In addition, five homes will be built and provided to impoverished families living in Jamaica. Participants from across the nations will have an opportunity to walk, run or ride while fundraising to support families living in desperate need.

The event invites participants of all ages to join in the fun from wherever they are and will feature various challenges. Walkers and runners will have a choice of a 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon. This year’s event offers options for cyclists who want to join in with a choice of 10 miles, Quarter Century (25 miles), Metric Century (62.13 miles) and an Imperial Century (100 miles). The race offers beginner-friendly to advanced-level fitness challenges.

Participants will have the entire month of June to complete their Race For Hunger challenge in however many sessions desired, whenever and wherever they like.

Please make a difference today and join Food For The Poor to walk, run or ride to impact the lives of families in desperate need!
